Earning JRE POINT on rides and charging
JRE POINT unifies Suica, eki-net, and station-building rewards under JR East. You get a JRE POINT card or use Mobile Suica linked to a JRE POINT account. The ride-earning rate depends on the device: registered Mobile Suica earns one point per ¥50 on eligible JR East rides (2%), while registered physical Suica earns one per ¥200 (0.5%). Charging Suica with a View card adds about 1.5%, so a registered Mobile Suica funded by a View card can stack a nominal 3.5% on eligible travel. Using points and expiry
